Dixon & Swanson overcame unique challenges to deliver this standout retail fitout in the growing suburb of Leppington. Despite delays in the centre’s construction, meticulous planning ensured the project was completed on time.

The design achieved a high-end look within budget, featuring Australian-made custom joinery from D&S.

Bright orange accents paired with charcoal tones created a striking aesthetic, softened by Laminex “Surround” wall paneling in soft grey and white Trend LED linear lighting. The seamless integration of large 85” televisions, large format tiles, batten walls, and aluminium cladding highlighted the precision of the workmanship.

Specialised areas, including dust-free compounding rooms and an automated robot space, showcased the team’s diverse expertise. Highlights included the refined dispensary counters with LED detailing and bespoke graphics for doors and vinyl wall coverings.

This project exemplifies exceptional material use and craftsmanship to achieve a cohesive, visually stunning design.
